Bill Detzel was born in North West Ohio and migrated to Illinois in 1992. He started his real estate career as an investor in 2000 buying and selling properties. He became a Landlord in 2002 and managed an investment portfolio of rental properties including those held by IRA. His experience in converting a pension to a self-directed IRA is a valuable asset to investors wishing to do the same. Because of his passion for real estate he decided to become further involved as an agent and started his career as a broker in 2010.

When not working with buyers and sellers he enjoys spending time with his family camping and traveling.
